Our family had a wonderful time exploring Rio Lagartos and Yuum Ha. We enjoyed the cable TV in our room, perfect for entertaining the kids after a long day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi allowed us to share our adventures with friends and family back home. The location was ideal, right by the pier, making it convenient for boat tours and exploring the town. Definitely recommend for families!

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a swimming pool for the kids to enjoy.

The staff spoke excellent English and served a delicious breakfast. The hotel had a back parking lot, a shared balcony with stunning waterfront views, and a constant breeze. Boat drivers offered dropoff/pickup service to the beach for 300 pesos and also provided flamingo tours for 1800 pesos per boat.

Felt more than at home, no complaints.

the location was particularly good for traveling around rio lagartos, near to the beautiful bay and wildlife. went to deja vu bar for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. the view from our new-fashioned room was nice. we greatly enjoyed the restaurant.

The rooms were new-fashioned and airy, had hair dryers, guest toiletries and a shower cap. Location: the hotel was really close to the bay and the sunrise above the water, and Las Coloradas.

I stayed at Yumm Ha Boutique Hotel for a few days and it was perfect for my visit to Rio Lagartos. The owners were kind and accommodating, and the location overlooking the river was ideal. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel was also conveniently close to tour guides and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in an unbeatable and favourable location close enough to the sea front. It also was right on the port in Rio Lagartos. I booked a room with a nice bed, climate control, a safe and multi-channel TV. Had a great meal in the restaurant.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! The location, right on a beautiful shore, provided us with stunning views of the bay and the sunrise. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, with the food and drinks being absolutely scrumptious. The room itself was very comfortable, with a comfy bed and a balcony overlooking the water. The hotel also had a nice pool area, perfect for relaxing. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

I was offered a room with pleasant views to the bay and the sunrise above the water. It had an absolutely perfect location close enough to marina and restaurants and the sea front and the bay and the sunrise above the water.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a such great stay. Booked a room with pleasant views of the sunrise. The restaurant was NICE and the food was yummy. The location was great and unbeatable, you can visit a national park by walking.

The Yuum Ha Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely perfect - right on the port in Rio Lagartos, providing a stunning view of the beautiful bay. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with little balconies, allowing me to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and served with great attention to detail, adding to the overall value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and provides a wonderful view of the beautiful bay. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with a hot shower and great water pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, and a nice breakfast is included in the price.

The noise level in the area can be quite high, particularly at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the port with a great view of the beautiful bay. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were impressive. Additionally, the breakfast was super tasty. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently.
